Next has been bending the lockdown rules with their "click and collect" which has seen queues outside Next stores of people buying clothes while other stores have remained closed.
Wrong. These people were RETURNING or Collecting goods ordered online. Keep up please.
But our local M&S food hall is open and you can then wander into the main store to buy clothing and footwear and home items. And Asda and Tesco and Supermarket are also selling clothing etc.

You just did.
No, definitely not.
Don't be daft.
The media have given our opinion of it already.
Channel 4 News told me what I should think of it last night, so I'm squared away.

Whilst I was changing things pre-lockdown, I have decided to go the full way. Apart from food, I shop on-line, don't carry cash anymore and even pay my bus fares by card, eat out less-did not appreciate how much I was spending and hardly watch BBC now when there is so much more on Netflix and Amazon Prime. No longer stuck in traffic congestion in a car or on the bus, looking for a car park space.
you will miss cash when its gone
Their investment in a committed and effective IT infrastructure a few years back has proved to be a great investment in today's catalysed e-commerce rollout. Easily the best and simplest company to deal with both online and in store - they have married the two functions perfectly. Add value for money and choice and its a no brainer for busy punters.
Haven’t shopped in Next for about 20 years, and that was for socks, apart from socks and underwear their stuff was way too young for me, if older people are shopping there in great numbers for anything but socks and underwear, then there must be a lot of mutton dressed up as lamb walking the streets.
I only shop (on-line) now with Next. I'm older and still want fashion in my size. Other places, even local independents and in particular Oasis & River Island mainly cater for the skinny things. People should be able to wear what ever they want, even me in my rubber dress.
Young and Old eh? I must be an Inbetweener than as i haven't walked in the door of a Next in at least 30yrs

I have proved to myself that I don't actually need it. This will upset cash-in-hand dog breeders.

Shame their quality has gone massively downhill. We purchased some bedding and the quality is dreadful. No way will we be going there again.
If you think their merchandise is crap, don't shop there.
Problem solved.

Primark closing and not having online shopping probably helped
If you are not a young shopper or old shopper, what the heck are you?
