Covid: Half of UK has antibodies from vaccination or infection

This is an issue of the AI trying to getting to grips with the IQ of HYSers.
Is this reality real?
This is good news. The vaccination programme is undoubtedly helping the country to get back on its feet.

The UK gov has made the largest contribution to GAVI/Covax so that other nations can benefit.

Now all we need to do is sort out the numpties in the EU who have tried so hard to undermine the AZ vaccine to their own detriment. Just spiteful anti-UK political posturing.

It’s easy to donate vaccines when they’ve been imported from places like the eu.

I suppose you’d be in favour of Elitest Johnson sending millions of vaccines abroad if we had t vaccinated enough people ?

You mean the numpties who've donated 43 million vaccines which were produced within their area. Almost 12 million of those vaccines have been exported to their friends 'THATS US THE UK'. How many of the vaccines produced in the UK have been sent to other countries, ZERO!! The only reason the EU are 'Numpties' Is that they trusted that we would reciprocate their generosity!! They wont do it again!!

Funny isn't it, that when Switzerland, Norway and Iceland (all outside the EU) suspend AZ vaccination the Tory apologists quietly ignore the fact because that does not support their anti-EU message, and indeed it shows that the concern with the AZ vaccine safety is much wider than the EU...

The EU,s attempts to throw a spanner in our vaccine rollout was too little, too late. Now with the new Novavax vaccine being manufactured from start to finish in the U.K. , by GSK, and 60 mill doses already having been ordered, they would be better concentrating on trying to improve their own vaccine programme, rather than trying to sabotage ours.

Let's just keep on with the vaccines and be careful. If people still have doubts, just look at what is happening in mainland Europe. Politics aside, the difference is that the UK made vaccination an absolute priority, whereas the EU didn't and individual nations have delayed. They are having a 3rd wave as a result - after a year of this, it is pretty awful for all those people.

Don't forget the role of memory B-cells. The transient supply of antibodies in the blood is a very handy marker of gained immunity but they do naturally decline with time as the provision of these antibodies in the longer term is based on your B-cells remembering the recipe so they can quickly make more of them as/when needed.

There is no 3rd wave nor 2nd, and it's all political to push people to take vaccines or face more lockdowns and restrictions!
If few years back governments mass tested people for Flu viruses, trust me the whole world would've shut! So Test & Trace programme inflates infection numbers, and Flu symptoms are now Covid symptoms and people are tricked to take Flu jabs to open up societies!!

All you had to do was go on the Wall Street Journal historical and see that the WSJ article in the paper never existed.
You can back a vaccine because it is British or you can follow the science and investigate any serious side effects to see if there is a link to the vaccine or not.

Certainly you should do this before administering to people at little risk from the illness itself.

Slightly off topic but I’d like to see a breakdown of deaths.

I bet it’s less than 1% of healthy people died with it.

It was like nature was giving us a subtle hint by killing all the fatties and old folk.

Don't think you ever will otherwise it would be obvious that the ran up record debts to buy the majority of Covid cases an extra year on average.

ONS
Average Death UK 82.4
Average Death "With Covid" 83.2

closer focus on Covid kept people going longer on average last year

[offset will be increased future deaths due to reduced hospital capacity for other illnesses]
Interesting why nobody has addressed the fact mortality rates from all causes are lower than they should be. This seems to indicate that many of those excess deaths, they claim, were of people who would have died of something by now anyway. It's a tragedy they happened a year earlier of course, but that's life. The elderly and/or sick are at greater risk from everything. Natural selection? Removed

A death FROM any cause within 28 days does not mean the life was "lost to covid"

Love it how people twist the stats to suit their argument. 99.7% survival rate across the population as a whole, it’s not quite so good if you are one of the 25 million above the age of 50. And more like 50% survivability above the age of 70.
