That last game will decide it if Newcastle carry on like that...

What has happened to steve bruce? Surely to god there must have been a point during the 90 minutes when he thought maybe now I might need to put a striker on? Like when we went 2-0 down. Unbelievable. What good is getting wilson back going to be in this miracle system where we don't play a striker? That was so bad I am in disbelief, it was distressing to watch

That was distressing to watch, I am in disbelief at how bad nufc were. Surely there was a point in the 90 minutes when bruce thought we might need a striker on the pitch? Like when we went 2-0 down? Where are all the CUNdiTS who spent the early season claiming Bruce was better than Rafa after 5/10/15 games? Probably realising a season is 38 games.

At least now people will realise just how inept Bruce is.

Won nothing as a manager, has no plan B yet Newcastle fans were being told to be thankful for him.

Sacking him now will be like most of Ashley's decisions - too little, too late!

Amazing both Newcastle and Sunderland still exist tbh, they've never offered anything and should have been kicked out the league years ago. The Falcons at Kingston Park are much bigger than them and have actually won the top flight in the past 25 years

Sounds like Mr Ashley has found an alternate business model here. Staying up at lower PL levels is costly. Get relegated and profit substantially, and then profit again when promoted. Not been so successful...only managed it 3 times in 13 years or so. But he is trying hard with his managerial appointment. Parachute payment will help cover Bruce's severance (bonus?) payment.

Bruce hasn't got a clue what decent football is, let alone the ability to coach that into his team.
