What a game!!!! It could've been 15 each! Both West Brom and Newcastle played fabulous football and, due to this result, I've made changes to my Premier League predictions for this seasons grand finale. Here they are:

1st West Ham
2nd Man City
3rd Leicester City
4th Celtic

And in relegation:

17th Brighton
18th Swansea
19th Liverpool
20th Man Utd

I've often been the rare neutral that's supported Allardyce but the was a stereotypical negative scared to lose performance from WBA. As for Newcastle and all football clubs instead of wanting to make the 'leak' jobless worry about disciplining these overpaid divas who fight, cheat, speed, breach lockdown and break the law footballers!

Newcastle will be happier with the point than the Baggies. We didn't show enough energy or ingenuity to really worry Newcastle. A dull game that will not live on in any body's memory. Whilst we get more half chances recently, I'm still not sure where the goals are going to come from.

The pity here is that the Baggies played some decent football - not the standard Allardyce format of the fullback hoofing it onto the penalty spot. A BFS team passing the ball !!

Whereas Newcastle looked completely bereft of ideas. The one silver lining in these strange times is that Bruce isn't subject to the crowd reaction as SJP.

Can't see the Geordies putting up with this dross for long.

The Ashley's are a prime example of the hypocrisy of FFP and how dodgy UK laws are surrounding tax and company ownership

They 'bought' the club not with their own money, but by leveraging debt onto a profitable business, which has both allowed them to legally avoid a fortune in taxes and given them an unfair competitive edge over any club who don't have massive interest payments

They`ll both stay up. Brighton are showing all the signs of a side in freefall - no end product when they have a sustaoned period of possession, out of depth out of confidence strike force, nervous defence with a suspect oafthug at CB, a plan Bless manager, etc. etc.

Didn't see the game and won't be watching the 'highlights.' It's not that you can't have high quality & fairly exciting goalless draws, but it always means that neither side was good enough to create chances or couldn't take them when they did. And ultimately football is about scoring goals.

Just sounds like two mediocre teams neutralizing each other, which isn't suprising.

I’ll take the draw in the circumstances. The team worked their socks off but lacked a cutting edge.
Joelinton elevated himself to bang average and demonstrated his lack of killer instinct with the final pass or weak shot after he got himself into good positions.
