Unfortunately for England that didn’t happen often enough. Same against Scotland too. Although...to be fair...they did manage to string a few attacks together against competitors closer to their standard.....Italy. Ha Ha Ha. Get a grip....”I think....:)
Whilst they were shittein all over the white shirts
Indeed. Perhaps they should have attacked more?
Yeah ok! ?????????? one trick ponies under jones! ???? keep him please???? CYMRU AM. BYTH.
The trouble is we didn’t really attack much. You don’t win games if you don’t have the ball in hand. We have fantastic backs but they don’t get the opportunities to attack. We kick away the ball way too much.
They conceded 40...??
Very true.
when was that....2020
England look very impressive executing training ground attack schemes and have clearly put in lots of time practicing them and developing the skills to execute them...BUT rugby isn’t just about executing set plays it’s about reacting to the opposition and maintaining discipline, two areas where England were sadly lacking.
tbh i thought England were actually pretty good today, bar the last 10 or so minutes. the common theme in this 6 Nations is that indiscipline will cost you matches- whether that be red cards, giving away too penalties or a combination of both.
on a different note that post match interviewer was terrible, she should be sacked. attempting to goad Farrell/Jones/AWJ in to criticising the ref.

To be fair to England, after two extremely disappointing refereeing decisions their concentration and anger would be sky high. Ever tried working to your best when it feels like everything is against you.
Yes, Wales won but it will be one of those wins that is brought up in the future when the reverse happens. To be blunt though, I blame that stupid French idiot! Removed

Nothing wrong with either of the first half tried for wales. The first was not a quick penalty. Bigger played the ball after the ref called time on and blew the whistle and the second was not a knock on. For all those talking about l ist control that is not a relevant factor in the law. Best team one and all the moaning just seems like sour grapes and bad losing.
Well your going to say that aren’t you, all the other nations are against England including the Refs. To quick to give penalties against England but not very quick to give them for England. Wakes first try was appalling and I would like to think that England would not have took advantage like the welsh did. Small nation small mind mentality, big chip on shoulder
Didn’t the Welsh vote in favour of Brexit too? And our ‘overriding desire’ is to bring back the British (not just English) Empire?! Really. Do you know how stupid that sounds. You’re just spouting narrow minded, nationalistic drivel. At least come up with something new
Farrell was ask to have a word with his team mate, not to give a speech! It was approximately 21 seconds from the time the ref ask the Eng. Captain to have a word to resuming the game. How long does it take for someone to say "come on lads, keep focused, and stop given silly penalties away!

vive la EU peut-etre?
French bloke played a blinder in the first half. Wales won the second half.
Not happy at all with the questions by Sonia after the game. Clearly looking for a soundbite and rightfully all were answered professionally. She should be a professional too.
That’s what you get when you put a woman in a position of which she has no knowledge or authority. The responses she got were what she deserved.
Sexual equality? At least put someone there who does a job. She came across like someone asking questions having watched a local 3rd team game. Which is about the standard of women’s international rugby Removed

What tends to get forgotten when offering jobs to satisfy the equality agenda is that the important part of the word is "quality". Makes no difference what the gender is if the individual demonstrates quality of performance. Jobs on merit not gender are fine unfortunately, hers is a gender driven appointment as there is no quality in evidence.

I’d ask you politely to keep this kind of comment out of here. We don’t know why BBC appoints it’s staff, but it’s somewhat rude of you to speak like this and I’m not sure what you think it achieves. I watched the game on NBC and thought the all male commentary team was poor, but ultimately it’s not an easy job and people try their best. Maybe we can just be happy we have sport to watch!
On balance, I have shat better referees than Pascal Gauzere.

I would like to apologise to all our Irish, Scottish and English readers in this comments page, but especially our English readers. It is all our fault, we deliberately thrust our heads into Celtic forearms and heads, we bribed dodgy ,Macron influenced referees. We are sorry and will be writing to the 6 Nations Committee to reverse the results to date. Alternatively, grow up.

My view from North of the border is that Wales were worthy winners, however, they did benefit from some questionable refereeing decisions. The English lads are way to benevolent and in disciplined, they have much work to do to improve defensively.
When will the Beeb stop over compensating for their failure to stop Rolf and Jimmy

The articles are clearly written by England fans. So biased. The commentators were worse than the referee and offered no sense of balance whatsoever. The 2nd try was 50-50 and the first was contentious. Who told England they could have a tea break? Wake up and watch the play! Good opprtunism by Biggar. I doubt there'd be the same level of furore on the BiasedBC if Farrell had tried that!
England gave Wales the game with their penalty count but the ref and the other officials had a big say in the result also the game couldnt flow because the ref was forever on the whistle and it spoilt the game the result flatters Wales but shows England need to address certain players who need replacing and how England miss Underhill cant see Wales beating the French they are the best team
Racism will get you know where. Sad loser, typical English a* hole
Result can only get better if Eddie Jones ends up on a train with 2 Scottish lads again.

Look - it's about siience - and England are like women , and Wales are like men - simple as this:
Women: milk, milk, lemonade down below, and round the back is where the fudge is made
Men: big hairy chest just like King Kong, crack at the back two balls ding-dong !!
It's time for England to recognize the siience - they might be women. Removed

Hardly surprising that a cheese eating surrender monkey confused going forwards with going backwards. It's a coping mechanism.

Unfortunately, the corrupt, cheat of a referee had decided the outcome of the game right from the start.
I switched off halfway through the second half....couldn't see the point & obviously the England team felt the same. Removed

Sunday morning irrelevant thought: why are some of the England players sporting red neck style hair cuts? They look like they should be in Alabama rather than Cardiff. Perhaps replace the red rose with a confederate flag???

The French will show you boyos how to play rugby.
Enjoy the triple crown. It will never, never be a world cup.

Someone just remarked that May's try against Italy shouldn't have been allowed.
I'm not an expert, but my instinct is to agree with you.
My question is, what does that have to do with this match?
Sit down, you fool. Removed

You mentioned a world cup in a previous post on this hys. What has that to do with yesterday's result?
Sit down, you hypocritical fool!

I shall make it simple... a bad decision in one match was deemed correct, because it suited England supporters. In this game there is outrage a the ref.
Win some lose some!

Just seen on another website she has received loads of abuse online!! Never in favour of abuse of any sort but she should not be asking stupid questions!! I’m no England fan but I’ve watched so many times reporters asking if that coach is going to resign because of poor results!! Erm dear reporters their bosses will decide not you or us!! Get it into your heads!!
