Hugely impressed by the way the lads are playing at the moment. We’ve been playing great football for most of the last few years, but we’re starting to look very hard to beat as well.

Making predictions at this point is a fool’s game, but I think clearly there’s a good chance we could win a number of trophies this year. Exciting times, and all credit to Pep.

The good news is that Tesco (who announced that they will be raising prices when oil was sky high) will eventually be reducing their prices with the drop in the value of fuel :)

Why continue to make yourself look daft this way? Why not provide your overwhelming evidence?

With success built on oil, not heritage, you're on sheikhy ground
For those coming on here introducing Littlewoods - some help - google Sir John Wilson Smith - a genius - Chairman of LFC until 1990 - then try David Moores - not a genius who became Chairman of LFC in 1991 - and then help me understand what you are telling me - the Moore’s family were fans and financial supporters of Everton FC Removed

the Moores family had a stake in Liverpool for over 50 years.

You're wrong mate and you know it... The Moores' family were major shareholders (LFC) for over 50 years... If it were not for Littlewoods Liverpool would still be languishing in the 2nd division.. They bankrolled LFC for that period of time.. Everton my foot.

Manchester City have now taken over and you don't like it...

Personally I like Man City, always have... I suppose you could call me a fan.
Oh! Don't forget those plastic flags!

Funny little fans*..

Spent 1.5 billion plus but still not enough to buy a champions league title, sad plastic club, not forgetting a free stadium

City have a good team but not world beaters. They deserve to win the PL but may struggle to win the CL. Given their official net spend under Guardiola is £562m it's a poor return so far in the CL. LFC's official net spend is £115m since Klopp came. With LFC's unparallelled injuries to key players winning the PL in 2021 was always going be tough & so their CL/PL wins have been incredible. When I see the words ‘net spend’ I stop reading because the subsequent content is usually lies.

And that’s due to the type of people that write it

Coming from someone who openly praised the s*n for it's coverage of a fatal football disaster on BBC HYS. YOU ARE A DISGRACE. THESE ARE OFFICIAL STATS NOT MINE BUT YOU WOULDN'T RECOGNISE THE TRUTH..BTW, CITY have had a great squad for years now, no doubting that it's just the dubious source of their spending that's a genuine cause for concern but posters like you who post garbage aren't bothered. City Helped Liverpool winning their first title in 30 years by not winning too many games, This is a True Fact, Liverpool fans will not believe that, but City felt too much sorry for Liverpool because they couldn't win it by themselves, VAR also helped Liverpool.
So City didn't want to win the PL in 2020 as much as you are talking sense.?.stop talking rubbish..it's laughable and you know it lol Removed

In 2019 was only one point difference between City and Liverpool, and City has to win all remaining 14 matches to win the league, and they did it, then Liverpool fans cry, and Pep felt guilty and sorry, so next season he decided to give it to Liverpool, also VAR helped Liverpool with at least 10 matches, Everybody knows.

I don't know or care what Manchester City's net spend is, I'm not a 'Bean counter' just a football fan, but whatever it is you can add another £250m to it.... Because that is what 'Pep will be given in the next window.. Happy days for City fans... Good luck to them.
it's not about luck..IT's about corruption..being heavily fined by UEFA FOR BREAKING THE RULES...and YOU applaud it...the anti-football brigade out in earnest..sad and ignorant. Removed

The amount of money in football now needs to stop. It's madness!! Sounds like working in a bank! We should be talking halfway line screamers not the price and budget of players and managers.

I don't care about money.

I want to see great goals, skillful and competitive football!!

Not monopoly!
But liverpool broke the world record for transfer fees on a defender who let in 7 (SEVEN) goals in one game and a goalkeeper who can’t play with his feet and crumples under pressure.

I see Utd and Chelsea as the main rivals to City.

Good clubs, decent fans. They aren’t arrogant / self entitled nor do they abuse others, or wave plastic flags (there’s a tip there for any Liverpool fans reading).
The players don’t dive, except for Martial who quite frankly is an embarrassment.
