Not any of the ones that won 3 European cups? Maybe reach ONE final and then make such claims.

The 60s/90s/00s Man Utd teams would destroy this City side. Imagine Cantona/Giggs/RVN/Best/Law/Beckham/Cole/Yorke etc v's Citys defenders. Massacre. And we don't even need to think about Keane/Scholes/Carrick/Charlton/Robson etc v's what City have in midfield.

I'm not a Utd fan BTW. It's just true.

The think the current man utd squad would give the 99 treble winners a go, let alone the current man city squad. With the exception of Liverpool last year, I don’t know another team that could stand up to man city under Guardiola. The players are so much more specialized now. It’s hard to compare generations in sports.

19 in a row and one leg into the next round. But in all honesty we didn't look like a CL winning team. Not many chances created as normally we do, missed some good opportunities, dodgy at the back on occasions.

Hope it was a one off; without KDB.

City didn't have a lot of shots on goal true but how many did they have at goal ? the times of all out attack have not worked in the past so now we have a better game plan and who knows it may just work this time come on city

Yes it wasn't all out attack but thats not the issue; missed chances and poor decisions in the final 3rd. Will be hard against better teams.

Yes i like Pep looking after the defensive side recently but today the boys at the back could have easily conceded a couple.

This didn’t happen.

Following an incredibly long and protracted investigation in which the “prosecution’s” only real evidence was illegally obtained, an independent court concluded that there was no real proof of any wrongdoing.

But people can keep bringing it up every single time there’s a HYS on here if they really want. Frankly I don’t know why you bother, it’s very boring now.

FFP a tool set up by the elite to maintain the status quo; where only the elite matter! Challenged by City and even their own arbiters, from that cartel, couldn't say City were guilty of wrong doing because they did worse.
They not happy with City feeding from the trough but have come to terms with it. Fans, however, think cheated why? You should look to your own structures/plans not City's.

Job done (on the night) without expending much energy. That's vital in this of all seasons, where matches are every 3/4 days.
We don't create as many chances as we used to but just probe away, waiting for the opportunity when an opponent switches off and then strike. PG knows exactly what he's doing, he's read this season like a book.

Ah, a first Man City HYS since Guardiola's disgraceful comments that leaking team selections to aid fantasy football team selection is unethical. Unethical? It's "fantasy" football, i.e. not real. There is so much in the world that is unethical, including the way Manchester City is run and the wages they pay. Time to get real.

Where to start? Lower wage bill than United and Liverpool? CFA development creating local jobs and putting previously derelict brownfield site to good use, with a new college and local community facilities? 6,500 affordable homes funded in the locale? Debt-free and earning half a billion quid a year?

How should we be run then, and what sort of better results should we be producing?

Another Controlled and excellent performance Front to Back tonight, almost certainly wrapping Tie up in (a) Leg 0-2

Only argument being this could n should've been a 0-4 result (at least)

Bernardo & Cancelo two, of many that had great & crucially important impacts on tonight's Result (2 Assists & 1 Goal between them)

Bayern & PSG big Challengers, but with City's great balance, maybe

This didn’t happen.

Following an incredibly long and protracted investigation in which the “prosecution’s” only real evidence was illegally obtained, an independent court concluded that there was no real proof of any wrongdoing.

But people can keep bringing it up every single time there’s a HYS on here if they really want. Frankly I don’t know why you bother, it’s very boring now.
