The development will be a "world-class addition" to Liverpool's waterfront, says the club.

My son said to me last week he misses Maine Road!!!!!

My reply - me too (sarcasm)

I miss my shoes smelling of other peoples Urine, the poison 2 week old pies, week beer at top prices and the mass brawls getting back home.
Ah, but it was a proper game then when clubs were part of a community. As a blue I will massively miss Goodison but times change. I loved the hostile atmosphere, inappropriate chants, the fear when going to away grounds, and even Bovril. Very few grounds have a great atmosphere and I couldn’t think of anything worse than a passionless Emirates or a tourist filled Analfield. Here’s to the future. Removed

I'm not an Everton fan, but that's simply stunning. For a matchday experience, that will be something pretty special - much better than a trip to Anfield.
Indeed, without the LFC thug fans as well ! Removed

And maybe win anothet 19 league titles and 6 European Cups. Remind me what you've won since '95? Oh that's right...
Maybe we can build some crack dens around the new stadium so it’s more like Anfield? Removed

Pie in the sky like all their other non starters over the last 20 odd year! Everton are going nowhere & only trying to talk themselves up to sell season books on false promises!!!

I don't think LFC will move to Goodison. I believe Anfield is actually a larger and more modern stadium you see. Therefore it wouldn't make sense on any front. I think you are mistaken and should delete your comment and in the process apologise to Hulk Hogan.

Another pathetic reply to ine of my comments.

What gives you the right to accuse me of actually attending again? You havent got a clue how many games ive been to.

Your claims about Old Trafford are pathetic, 3 of the 4 stands were completely redeveloped in the mid to late nineties and if it was crumbling it would have been shut down.
I don’t believe you’re a season ticket holder because of all the crap you come out with on here, your watch tv, looks at replays, clips on Twitter and YouTube and then comment like a typical armchair supporter, nothing wrong with that but don’t try and make out you go to the game, or have gone toe to toe with away fans outside OT or came to Anfield and ran us everywhere because it’s not true! I do go to all the home matches and I couldnt care less whether you believe me or not.

As for going toe to toe with away fans at OT or running you all over Anfield I wouldnt know about that because this isnt tbe 70's.

Liverpool fans were very vocal after winning the league in empty stadiums over a depleted Man City side - you see how bitter and ridiculous that argument is.
