Rory McIlroy missed the cut last week for the first time in 30 PGA Tour events but while underlying statistics suggest a deterioration in form, here's why the Florida-swing offers cause for optimism.

Give Rory a break, He’s a great player and will bounce back from a very small blimp. Having a baby changes your life and that’s the priority. Look at the troubles Tiger woods went through and he came back and won another Major, his problem were a lot more worse than Rory.

A supreme talent but he's a spoilt brat who always got his own way when growing up. The child prodigy status that befell him has flawed his character, that's not his fault by any means by it makes him like marmite to too many people.

Well this is the BBC's words from their report :-
"In 2017 Woods was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence when he was found asleep at the wheel of his car. He later pleaded guilty to reckless driving.
He had five prescription drugs in his system as he recovered from the spinal fusion surgery that ultimately gave him a second golfing career."

MaksiNorway's constant deliberate misspelling of McIlroy's name and general rantings against all Irish golfers does make one wonder if his boyfriend left him for a ubiquitous beautiful Irish red head. ??
Sad way for arguably the GOAT to end his career if it comes to pass that Tiger cannot play competitively again.
I note Leslie Thornton has popped up with his distasteful comments. Vile man. Removed

I've asked several times, but MACsi offers no explanation as to why he can't spell Rory's surname correctly. Or GMac's or McGinley's for that matter. At least he spells MacIntyre correctly so that should stand him in good stead in the coming years.

I see he managed to click bait you 3 again as usual. Job done!

Leslie may well have it in for the Scots, as you say, but on a broader level likes to hack away at anyone who is popular, regardless of nationality. Vile posts about an American last night, for example, for no other reason than the fact that he gets lots of coverage for his outstanding career. Sad way to live.
Nice article about Bob McIntyre.
Apparently he will be taking America by storm.
That was put forward to Pat Reed and Bryson who didn't know who he was.
Will get back to you regarding Bob Mc.

In all seriousness, I don't know if I can stomach the coverage of this WGC as it'll be a full on tribute to Woods with little attention being paid to the actual event.
