Leeds robbed of a point - Bamford

Patrick Bamford feels Leeds were "robbed of a point" after the striker had an equalising goal ruled out by VAR in Friday's 1-0 defeat at Wolves.

Two very poor sides and managers you have to admit. (unless you are a deluded Wolves fan or Leeds fan. Those fanbases think they are among the best sides in Europe lol!)

The average ratings for both sides sum it up...

Both have been overrated massively by hipsters at times, but their reality is mediocrity.

I struggle to see the value of lady summarisers when they come out either with a string of cliches or just state the extreme obvious. Ladies football has the same rules but the standards of goalkeeping, defending and tacking etc are completely different so why do the networks pander to political correctness? The gem tonight was 'people forget that football people are human. What? Removed

Commentating is stating the obvious... You... Do realise that? When a horse is racing they don't spout poetry they tell you where they are and the order and who the jockey is... Maybe mention what colours they are wearing... I mean... Wow...

You might want to learn English, mate. Jesus.

The gem of this comment is not understanding how to quote someone... Ooops.

Well, I have to say that she produced more insight that either Hoddle, McCoist or Savage. She talked of how situations developed not just parroted the actual movement of the ball. But each to his own.

What makes a woman less qualified to commentate? I thought she had actually done her research unlike ex players like Leon Osman and just turn up spouting cliches and getting players & managers names wrong.
Just give us the option of male or female commentators.

Its nothing personal, a mans voice carries more weight to it - again, give both a chance, and let the public decide, if there is a market for it, it will survive.

Do the same with the BBC whilst we are at it, make it sub based, it will survive, as many many many people support it.

Didn't see the game, but listened via BBC 5 Live, and it sounded an entertaining affair. Also appeared that Wolves took advantage of some gamesmanship towards the latter stages of the match, but unfortunately this is common place in football now, and it's down to the ref to control. Well played both teams and whatever happens from here in we can all say "Leeds you do your fans, and football proud"

The commentary was awful last night with the customary awful female analysis. Why do we have to have analysis and commentary from people who have no idea what they're talking about? You'd never have analysis from a male player who played non league, even though the quality is far higher than women's international football and having played the men's game knows far more than a former woman player. My post was removed, I crossed a BBC line suggesting the female analyst on last night's match was clueless . Of course I could have said anything about the male commentator, that would have been fine but on the biased and sexist BBC you can't say anything about a woman. It's ironic that the pathetic BBC spout on about free speech, the CCP must be envious at the BBC's ability to quosh free speech. Removed
Another post removed by the disgraceful BBC. I wonder if the moderator could help me? Am I correct, nothing negative at all can be posted about a female commentator or basically anyone female at all and free speech is only permitted on the BBC, if it fits into the BBC's own sexist and bigoted agenda? Thanks in advance for your advice, you do remember you're owned by all of us, not just female. Removed
