If so few customers are using branches, then why is it there's always a long queue when I visit?.... ??

As an HSBC customer it is impossible for me to go to their branch, since covid they have been operating reduced hours Monday to Friday and shit at weekends - the only time i can get to a branch due to work is the weekend!

There is no greater risk to their employees by opening on a Saturday or a weekday!

They are just using this as an excuse to shut branches.

"HSBC The worlds local bank" hahaha

i worked for a bank for 25 years to year 2000, glad i left as they are horrid and no longer provide customer service instead they try to flog a dangerous internet service open to easy fraud and how dare you enter their premise without a note from you mum/dad/solicitor explaining why you do not want to use their machines and want to see a human person
