Aside from the lost items, if that's the full extent of your complaints over the year then I'd say you don't have much to moan about. I've never suffered a lost item, and very rarely does stuff arrive late (unless it's the fault of the sender). RM staff do a great job and are a damn sight more caring and reliable than most of their competition. Scum? Save the term for someone deserving.

The latest to join the Teachers, Meat Processors & Police in the unsightly clamour to be given priority for vaccinations. I thought it was decided on clinical need who should be first.
