"Emergency budget, immediate recession, a million job losses anyone?"

Osborne lost his job, while the emergency budget was replaced with reduced interest rates and more QE in August 2016.

The recession assumed A50 would be triggered immediately and assumed a continuation of the world recession at the time as per OBR forecasts ...

While 450,000 jobs were lost owing to Brexit.

My advice Andrew, is to ask someone if you don't understand, and if there is no-one to ask, don't vote.

around 13200 items are hit with EU duties as well as WTO duties when they enter the UK from the rest of the world
so on WTO these 13200 EU duties will not be applied on goods ranging from paper clips/ food /raw martials /drinks/fruit/ shampoo/soap/ meat/rice/white goods /

The EU is run by the Germans and the French for the benefit of the Germans and the French. The EU funded so many motorways in Spain(including Canary Islands) and Portugal. Thus their economies would benefit so that the populace would buy a car, and whose cars would they buy? Of course, German and French cars, whose motor industry (and to a lesser extent Italy) were dominant in the EU. QED.....

The referendum concerned major changes in legal jurisdiction, freedom of movement and residence, trade, citizenship, and cultural ties. It proposed major upheaval. The status quo was understood and the alternative ill-defined in long term effect. It was foolish assuming that a tiny majority justifies shifting from status quo.
