Like anything in life, if you can't pay for it, you aren't getting it.
Should make CHINA pay for the vaccines as the virus came from a wet market they have been told time and time again to clean up..

Of course they are

What would you expect from countries that cut overseas aid

Just like this Tory one
There is more than enough evidence that overseas aid does not work. If it did, then those countries in receipt of it for so many decades would now be successful and no longer require "aid." Technology, know-how and indeed examples elsewhere in the world show the way, but these third-world nations are too lazy or corrupt to help themselves. Can't even pipe water to their villages! Exactly - anything to paint the West in general and the U.K. in particular in a bad light. BBC is a globalist organisation with a loathing for nation states and everything that binds their peoples together.
What binds people in the UK together? Only England wanted brexit most would prefer to be bound together as Europeans

The demise of "nation states" can only be a good thing

Nation states are bound together by a shared history, and a common culture and language, together with respect for the family and its traditional institutions. All of which the BBC sneers at constantly through its fake ‘diversity’ agenda. Nothing to do with Brexit my friend.

Its scarey to see the selfish 'Me First , Me First' mentality of the majority of people on this HYS

That's a bit of a generalisation, most western countries have been exploited, conquered also, yet they are to blame for the worlds problems if you listen to every NGO out there. It's never anyone else's fault.

EVERYONE should get the vaccine but personally I don't think I should pay for corrupt governments elsewhere to vaccinate their own population.
So just because you think a few people in govt are corrupt then every innocent civilian should suffer
How sick and nasty are you

Jumping the gun, hardly any vaccines have yet been produced and they are saying rich countries are hoarding. Don't really expect anything better from the BBC these days.
Hey Tommygunn rather than pushing your anti-BBC agenda why don't you actually read the article. Fool. Removed

Well, it's a BBC story so that might be a bit of a clue ...!
Well it's a BBC article so right-wing fools like JJHandley and Jon55 clearly don't bother reading it before they force their agenda down your throat.

READ THE ARTICLE! The countries are buying more vaccine THAN THEY HAVE PEOPLE. Holy hell it's not even a long article, but apparently the right wing just don't like reading words.

I do not believe the UK government will end up hoarding if more than enough pre-ordered vaccines are successfully produced to vaccinate everyone in the UK. It would be political suicide. Excess vaccines most likely will either be given away or the pre-order cancelled so that the manufacturers can sell them elsewhere.

What other countries do could be another matter but it's outside my expertise.

Who the heck are "Peoples Alliance Vaccine" when they're at home? Another pressure group that has suddenly appeared from nowhere. I wonder where there funding comes from?

Perhaps the NHS can generate a list and all those who want to wait until the poorer nations have all been vaccinated can opt out of the vaccine until such time. We can start with all the woke BBC employees and commentators on this HYS.

How can the bbc keep fake news and misinformation on there news site. Canada bought enough dose for 10 mil people, 30% of it pop, with the option to purchase more to cover the rest of it's people, not the 5 times the needed amount for Canada that the article claims.

So I have a question for the Brits. I’m an American looking for a relatively unbiased news source. Ours here in the states are horrible. Who do you all rely on? I can see from the comments here that a lot clearly do not trust the BBC. Removed

I am a brit,i do rely on BBC,it not too biased. But it does love socialism.hates the tory gov always has.It likes,to highlight for sensationalism. However if you read their full articles you can ignore the part that seems a bit bias(unless you are a fake news believer(&i dont mean trumps version either.)also if something seems unbeliveable i tend to look for 2nd/3rd articles which confirm them..
