The rubbish England are playing today no problem. England look tired wasted. Farrell could not hot a barn door with his kicks. I do not see many England played fit for a lion's tour. Eddie has lost the plot. From an Englishman.

Not really mate. It was quite reassuring to see how mediocre England were, it put our problems into some sort of perspective. You talk about England, but our 'grudge' game has probably been Ireland in the last 10 or so years. It is something we celebrate though when we beat a big nation side, not just England, due to the size of our population. Don't you understand that?

An absolutely remarkable series of interventions by the referee lead to England beating France. Two highly unfair penalties and rescuing England under pressure on their own 5m line by calling a knock-on that never happened. Ignoring several English offences during the same period of play. Wales and France have taken this tournament to build depth. Will England and Ireland be in the right place in 2023 when they’re relying on halfbacks at the end of their careers?

Not sure about that - I'd bet Pivac wouldn't be happy with a lot of things. Some of the risks clearly didn't pay off as some of the players tried are not international class, which will not increase player depth and could hinder some player's development.

Love the fact that we don't have the media on us at the moment, and we are blooding new talent. Loads of time until the World Cup and looking forward to seeing further progress in the Six Nations. It’s not about the players or coach with Wales. It’s about their mentality. This chip on their shoulder about England. Beating them is all that matters. Thinking that makes them better. It doesn’t. Means they’ll never get close to a World Cup. When the chips are down they haven’t got the belief that the top teams have. They should stop obsessing on England first and take it from there.

The idea that the string of losses can be justified by saying we were blooding new players is just hogwash. New players need to be ready to take their place. Hmmm...what Sean Edwards seems to bring is the ability to lie on top of the ruck and not be penalised AND throw yourself at the feet of advancing forwards in "no arm" tackles that make progress impossible.

Who cares about England and France, Wales would beat both teams by 50+ points

A few lads will benefit from the exposure. Will be interesting to see which ones remain in the mix. Thought Sheedy and LRZ will only get better.
Would bring Rob Evans and T Williams back in now that they're fit. Beard has reacted well with good performances for the Ospreys, and surely WGJ deserves a go.
Also thought that Seb Davies looked good when he played. Rowlands yet to convince.

I’ve already heard grumbling from Wales fans at some of Rowlands’ poor performances. Quite a bit of “He’s not even Welsh.” How quickly you turn on your imports.

Given how badly the pack fared I think Adam Beard must be given another go. I think Ball still gives a reasonable account of himself and do want to see Seb Davies push on. He’s got the skills but don’t know if he has what it takes. We need to find out though. Cory Hill is just an impact player. We’re miles off replacing Owens at hooker. Lots of set piece practise needed before the 6N!

I cannot wait for England’s visit to Cardiff in next year’s six nations. We are going to absolutely batter them.

I think there's been a great amount of progress shown by the squad - it was always going to be a tough ask with Pivac stepping in Gatland's shoes. Love the fact that we don't have the media on us at the moment, and we are blooding new talent. Loads of time until the World Cup and looking forward to seeing further progress in the Six Nations. Well done England for sticking in there - a good victory

None of the home nations have any reason to cheer following this tournament. England are predictable and have been worked out, Ireland are just looking to run over teams, Wales have no set piece and no shape behind, and Scotland are, well Scotland. The exciting news for World rugby though is that France are back and I can't wait to see them in the 6 nayions

I don't think England can get that bad so quickly! But you could be right if the government fails to give the RFU another bailout. They just might run out of cheques!

Needed Poite to beat Wales and struggled against the French youths. Yup, a lot to be cheerful about.

An absolutely remarkable series of interventions by the referee lead to England beating France. Two highly unfair penalties and rescuing England under pressure on their own 5m line by calling a knock-on that never happened. Ignoring several English offences during the same period of play. Jaw dropping stuff for the neutral!
