Pretty ruthless from Trump. And the bottom half of the draw has opened up a bit after Murphy and O'Sullivan were eliminated. Looking ominous for the rest?

Looks a Trump-Selby final on current form to me.

Selby is quietly effective so far but I certainly wouldn't discount Robertson.

I think Ronnie was probably bored with the venue, having played there a lot recently and think he lost the match rather Ursunbacher winning it as Ronnie couldn't be bothered to practice, Ronnie should shut up and stop making stupid remarks about different things, looking like a pillock and sounding like one,

Because of course every other player has played their tournaments around the world this season haven't they?

More pathetic excuses.

Please ... anyone but Selby. Even the nose picker is more enjoyable to watch. I was tortured in my younger days by Ebdon. No need to now inflict Selby on me.

At least we don't have to see him waving to his maw after every shot.

If you're bored of Selby, you're bored of snooker.

You have to admire the way Judd has really focussed and now is a winning machine. He deserves to be world no 1. In saying that he will, I believe, be judged on how many triple crown events he wins. I am sure he will admit that himself having only won 1 of each. If only Jimmy had had the same same focus and dedication.........

Trump's attitude has improved immeasurably. The talent was always there but he always seemed too bothered about the playboy lifestyle and performing trick shots for the crowd. Now he's knuckled down he's the best the business.

I shake my head in disbelief at some of the shots these so called pros miss these days. Walter Lindrum, Joe Davis and Tony Meo must be turning in their graves.

I think Tony Meo would be quite surprised to learn that he's dead!
