Cummings: his lockdown breach was much more serious than that of others. He not only broke a rule, like travelling, not keeping his distance, visiting elderly family - he did so while KNOWING or at least strongly suspecting he had CV19! Ordinary people get fined or even jailed for that. Remember the two train workers, who were spat on? One fell sick, one died. People were talking murder there. Removed

Cummings breach of lockdown was more serious than others. He did this while KNOWING he had CV19. Other people get fined for less. Two train worker, were spat on, one fell ill, one died. People were crying murder then. Cummings travelling 250 miles while sick was deliberately putting the public at risk and if somebody had died of CV19 due to DC's actions, the law could call this manslaughter. Removed
The people defending Cummings' breach of lockdown while infected have IMO the same mindset as e.g. holocaust deniers. @2969. biffo Kinnock's (a back bencher) trip was in the 1st week of lockdown when people were still working out the 'rules', he went to his parents, stayed at the prescribed 2m+ distance dropped off some supplies, sang happy birthday & left. Cumming (Chiref gov SPAD) travelled 260 miles while infected with Covid (plus multiple other offenses) with full knowledge he was breaking the rules.

@3035. John Knollys There are degrees of wrong. Kinnock was wrong like people driving at 35 in a 30 zone at 2AM. Cummings was wrong like driving at 90 drunk and under the influence of drugs down a pedestrianized street. You trying to equate the two as equal is dishonest to a level you may have a future as a SPAD for the Tory party.

This happened back in March when everyone was panicking. I thought of my kids 1st & panic brought nappies, now looking back I regret that. DC did what any parent would do when he thought he and his wife might get seriously ill, he wanted close family support. How much barrel scraping is everyone doing here? If DC has broken wind in public, they would have his resignation for that as well.

'Everyone knows'? Prove it.
