@bluefox i've seen them, why do you think so many never make it out of ICU, the education standards are so low. Cheap nurses give cheap care, which no one wants. look at the stats at how many have made it out of ICU alive.. 1

@ 2488. Posted bybabyodaon 2 minutes ago I am sure your right which is why we need to train from the UK and develop from within the uk. Sadly we think importing nurses to fill our jobs gaps is the same which it isn't. Quality of care is vital and so is communication.

Very honourable ...it's just a pity about so called 'respectable employers' forcing their staff to go to work when they are living with vulnerable people at home. This will only put more pressure on the NHS when they get the Coronavirus and pass it on. Is society not bothered about the vulnerable anymore ...just consider it a culling. Hitler would have been proud of such actions.

2471. all together: When this is over the Labour party will be over as well. Over 10yrs the Tories have starved NHS of funding/staff. In 2016 Exercise Cygnus (govt-led) found that in a pandemic we'd be short of ventilators: they ignored & spent £200bn on Brexit instead. In Dec election debates, Rishi Sunak said Labour would bankrupt Britain with £400bn spending. The Tories have done just that.
